Review request texts from Review Maxing

Review Maxing (SWT Ventures, LLC, dba Review Maxing) helps local home-service businesses collect Google reviews. After a job is finished, customers who agree on our signed consent form get a text from Review Maxing with a link to review that job.

How customers opt in

At the end of a completed job, the customer is handed the Review Maxing paper consent form below. They write the business name, their name and mobile number, check an unchecked consent box, and sign and date the form. Texts are only sent to customers who have signed it. Signed forms are kept on file as the record of consent.

Consent is collected for Review Maxing only. Review Maxing is the only sender of these texts, and customer phone numbers and opt-in data are not sold or shared with any third party for messaging or marketing.

What customers receive

  • Up to 2 texts per completed job: one review request, and one reminder 3 days later only if they haven't opened the link.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
